Assigning ‘Add Submissions’ rights for specific users

Hello
I want many users to collect data with requiring authentification.
I read how to do by setting poperties of my account, and parameters for sharing my project.

But i wonder if it will be possible to manage 70 (seventy) different users accessing to my form or if it will be too much ???
