Authentication problem

whenever we are trying to submit a survey - an error shows: authentification problem with data server (401)
and afterwards when trying to submit this shows: login required
record queued for submission. in order to submit your queued data, you need to login.
would you like to login now or later?

this message shows noting that we are already logged in but we are not being able to submit the filled surveys

Welcome back to the community, @Nour! Have you checked this setting Allow submissions to this form without a username and password from under the FORM tab as shown in the image below?

That should help you solve your issue.
