Another user, who is not an administrator of the project, has the authorization to edit the submissions made.
When that user tries to edit and submit the edited record he shows the following message:
“Bad submission: Authentication is required. Please authenticate in a different browser tab and check again”

Uncheck Require authentication to see forms and submit data from the admin account and it should solve your issue:
Make sure you have given him the right permissions in your project sharing tab.
