Auto-filling values in some questions

Greetings,

I’m sure this question has already been answered but so far I’ve not found a proper answer to my question.
I have a list of participant information (name, sex, age, etc…) in an Excel file. I attributed an ID to each of them. I’m looking for a way to automatically fill the corresponding questions in the other forms in which we will have to collect information on these participants. How can I proceed? For example: I want the name, age and sex column to be automatically filled once the ID has been entered.

You could do this using the pulldata function as outlined in the support article Pull Data Functionality in KoBoToolbox.

You could also have a look at a workaround discussed previously:
