Automatic respondent ID

Hello members
I have read through the threads on creating unique ID but they don’t address my scenario.
I want an automatic display of the respondent ID in this format:

Interviewer name (3 letters) - District name (3 letters) - date of interview (dd) - interview number (starting with 01)

In my form, Interviewer name and district name are select_one type questions.

I’d be grateful for the assistance
