Automatically delete downloaded files within a certain period of time

Hello! Friends, I need help with this question. Is it possible to automatically delete uploaded files (photos) from the profile within 72 hours?

There is a requirement from the project donor that the textual data from the registration form remain, and the added photos are removed. Since manual deletion takes time, it would be nice if there was an auxiliary function of auto-deletion after a certain time.
