Backup of submitted data

Hi
is it necessary to have backup of my form and submitted data of kobo toolbox if yes, please guide me how could I have the backup

The system would not backup the data for you. However you could do it manually by downloading it (in your device/PC) at a certain time interval that is suitable for you.
