Bad display of a matrix after adding multiline to the text question

Dear community,

I have created a question matrix and added a multiline option in the XLS Form so that we can read the text even after typing but at the end the matrix question doesn’t look good even after applying the grid-theme. Does anyone know how to fix that. See below a screenshot.
