Black Background screen Issue While Accessing KoBoToolbox on My Device

Hi everyone,

Iam experiencing a Black background screen issue when trying to access KoBoToolbox on my device. The platform doesn’t load properly, and I can’t interact with any of the features. I have tried clearing my browser cache, updating the app, and even switching devices, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Could this be related to my device settings or a compatibility BLackscreen problem ? Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
