Bug to finish installing Kobo on its own server

Hello I’m having trouble finishing the Kobo server installation. The entire installation process has been carried out correctly, at the time of completion it signals “KoBoToolbox has not started yet. This is can be normal with low CPU/RAM computers” and this error repeats even when entering 1 or 2 (yes or no). I’ve also used the command line to put these 4 hostnames on the same IP address as a similar issue here in the community and it didn’t work. How do I fix it?

I still have problems solving this issue of the installation on the Kobo server. To access the server it is necessary to use TeamViewer, for institutional security reasons, can you still help me?
