Building questionnaire/survey forms via API

Hi All,
We are trying to find the right tool that can work as an offline survey/questionnaire tool for our non-profit. I would love to use KoboToolbox (I’ve used it before for several other orgs over the years). I’m building out this orgs Salesforce organisation and want to use the Salesforce API to construct questionnaires within KoboToolbox. Then GET/POST the responses back into Salesforce to use the approval/auth loops and tools we have there. So, the questions are:

  1. Where’s the documentation for the API to GET/POST a json response and build a form from it?
  2. Are there any pre-built tools available?

Thanks, I saw that little post, and I can of course connect to the API, but I cannot find any documentation on the methods and structure to allow us to GET/POST forms. Please link to the documentation if possible.
Nor can I find any information on any pre-built tools or 3rd party tools for moving forms and data from Salesforce to KoboToolbox. Any hints on where to look for that?
