Bulk data upload from excel

My team collected the form information in Excel and it’s a lot of data, I would like to know if there is a way to bulk upload the responses to a form in Kobo.

Do you have any programming language experience? If yes, you can check the Hakan’s answer. If not, I can suggest a different solution without any programming language experience, and You can find a video here.
