Bulk download media for all forms in my account

For some reason the media api page is not working and i can’t download the links for all forms in my account, I want to backup the media for all forms in my account. How do i do that? for instance, i downloaded the list of forms in my account, and generated the links for them and added those links to downloaded with Downloadthemall addon in Firefox, is there a similar way to use for the media files?

I am not using yet, i can’t access it for some reason, I usually go to https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/ to get the api, but [api/v1/media is not loading the page. I have the submissions and the forms but i can’t bulk download the media.
for example, i use https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/forms to get the list of forms and their links in csv or xls or so. but with media i can’t even access the api/v1/media page.

I am getting 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.21.6 error when i try to access the https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/media

I can not access the page itself yet, i didn’t get to downloading part , i need to get a list of media files for all forms in our account in order to download them all through https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/media.

You said to make sure i have the latest version of media api page , how do i do that, normally i go to KoBoCAT REST API then i select the media and it should direct me toward a page where i can download a list of all media files associated with our account forms. but the page itself is not accessible. is there any other way to get the list?
