Bulk sharing survey forms with approximately 400 plus field workers

Hi All,

Can any one guide that how i can share a form to bulk users

we have roughly 400 Plus field workers

Hi @caneeraj,

Unfortunately there is no way to bulk load a form to users if you are doing it for the first time. You will need to do it manually (one by one) as outlined in the support article here .

Once you have completed the steps outlined above, you could copy all the users at a single click by selecting SETTINGS>Sharing>Copy team from another project as shown in the image below:

However, please be informed that this feature at the moment does not work (as it had some technical issues and the developers are working on it). Will let you know when it starts to function!
