Hi Kal_Lam,
I need to upload an excel file containing list of data into the server.
I tried earlier and I received the following messages:

Any suggestions on how to do bulk submission?

Could you kindly explain it again? Are you trying to upload your data manually to the server? If yes, please provide the entire steps you have followed. We could then troubleshoot!
