By Passing Index value getting Choice value

Hi Team,

Step 1: In repeat group, we are having the position for the last question.
step 2: If we click on plus button then sequence of the position value will be increment.

Step 3: We are having a multiple choice question with dropdown value(Yes, No, Other).
Step 4: For the drop down values the Sequence number will become the Index Value(Name coloumn) like 1,2,3,4…

Expected Output:

Example: if the sequence number is ‘1’ , then the sequence number will map to dropdown index value(name column) and then it should display the text filed in other question(text filed).
