Calendar input constraint

Hi,

I am building a form and wanted to put in a constraint for a birthday input.
The form asks for the survey date at the start of the form and later on asks for the date of birth of the interviewee’s child. I would like to limit the input to be within five years of the interview date and not allow a date of birth outside of that. Does anyone know how this is possible?
