Call already collected data in parent form from parent itself

Dear @Kal_Lam,

I am wondering if there is a way to call already collected data from main source and show the relevant information in the main form itself. Uploading Media file manually is not what I wanted and there is no such parent and child form requirements. I have only one form that is periodically filled up like quarter 1, quarter 2 and so on.

I sneaked into the community forum, but mostly I found suggestions like using uploading media file (csv) and/or using parent/child process.
