Can a user download all the submissions made by himself/herself when a row level permissions is made?

Hello, I am interested to know- does this mean that if I use Row Permissions to allow users to ‘View submissions only from specific users’, they will be able to download the data in Excel from those users (as well as view the data on the server)? This is what I am hoping to be able to do. Thank you!

You will need to follow the steps outlined below to accomplish your needs: You will first need to design your xlsform as outlined in this support article Adding Cascading Select Questions which will cascade the locations appropriately.
