Can deleted data be retrieved?

Please assist, I just realized that the forms I downloaded on the server were in a wrong format unfortunately i deleted the data. I have tried to fix the data for a couple of days but nothing is working.

Is there a way i can retrieve this data please?

@bsconsult23, kindly please be informed that your project will only disappear from the server if and only if you delete them manually from the server. Also please note that once you delete them, you will not be able to retrieve it back.
