Can I display the Result of Assessment after Submitting Form in Web forms?

I know that we can display the results of the assessment when we have not sent the form in Kobo. However, can I display the Assessment Results after submitting the form?
because I don’t want to lose data from people who didn’t submit the form because they already knew the results of the assessment.
If so, how can I make the form?

This is not possible. You cannot be able to show the results after the submission i.e. hide the results from them. The other way is to make the question not visible at all by making readonly true for the question.
