sorry i’ve attached the same screenshot, but in different formats, but i can’t preview them. Here wrote “The image couldn’t be loaded”.

Problem solved 01.03.2024, perhaps because of transition to a new subscription plan.
Hi, I also have the same problem. In many forms it is not possible to view photos and videos as ‘Could not found’. The problem seems to be random, in some forms all the multimedia are correctly loaded, in other forms not. Is there any possibility of recovering the multimedia files?
I use Global server; and i have Professional plan.
