Help please...for some reason we can’t open humanitarian form (browser) using Samsung and Oppo.

The form just keep loading (as shown in image attached) and nothing came up.

Hi. Do you finally solved this problem? I just opened a similar ticket, hoping to find some help, but I see that you received no answers. I just will try to clean the navigator’s cache and begin the proccess again…

Could you please privately send a link to the project I look at it from my side as I figure out what is the issue. Could you also confirm if this is limited to specific browsers and phone types.

any update on this? I have the same issue on 2 Samsung tablets and 1 Sony phone

Hi @zoa_harm,

Sometimes, you face this type of problem when your phone’s browser is not updated. Would you mind updating your phone’s browser and then try loading the form. It should work then.
