I have a problem with my Kobo account username: **xxxxxxx **. server https://eu.kobotoolbox.org/ I cannot access the forms when I access them from the application, knowing that I was able to access them when I accessed a different account.
@iyd, are you able to access your account on the web? Or are you having issues just downloading blank forms to the app?

@iyd, I made a quick check on your account and did not find any deployed projects where you were the owner. It seems like someone else shared it with you. To be able to get those forms to your app (KoboCollect) you will need to request the data entry access
too as outlined in this support article Sharing Your Project and Managing Permissions.
I would like to inform you that I uploaded a survey on the account as you advised me and when I tried to access it from the application I could not, the same error message appeared to me, error code 504

@iyd, sharing the solution here so that the entire community benefits from the response/solution. You have approximately 500 projects in your account which is why the formList
endpoint is timing out. You will need to either archive your unused project or unshare any projects that you do not need back to the admin owner. So doing so, only the needed projects will be left in your account and you should be able to list it out in the app.
