Cannot Change Title of Survey

I have been trying again and again to change the title of a few surveys. I want to add a number to the begggining of the survey so we can remember our order of surveys. However one of two things happens.

  1. The survey will show it has changed and even say “change successful” in the bottom left corner only to have the survey revert back to the previous name next time the website is reloaded.

  2. Immediately change back to the original name immediately when it says, “change succesful.”

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

After changing the tile, you will need to redeploy your project again.
