Cannot deploy a form: duplicate key value violates unique constraint

Hi! I have an error when deploying any form.
The error message says:
unable to deploy

your form cannot be deployed because it contains errors:

duplicate key value violates unique constraint “logger_xform_user_id_45289a11b89d131b_uniq” DETAIL: Key (user_id, id_string)=(428696, a3A7EKqCV6fSQpvUnB3NGM) already exists.

The form I am trying to deploy is validated with the online validator, and this error occurs with any form I try deploy, even the forms which worked perfectly before. Could you please help me with this?
