I should download my forms to edit some content in excel. Earlier this has worked fine but not anymore. I have tried this on several occasions/days, but when I click “Download XLS” or “Doanload XML”, nothing happens. Could you solve the issue?
Welcome back to the community, @Suvi! Would you mind doing the same thing in a different browser? Maybe you could try Chrome, Firefox, Edge to see if you can? Please update the community on what happens.
