Cannot download project in xls format. Please help!

Cannot download project in xls format Data Management

Hi there, for some reason, I cannot download my (deployed) project form in xls format (not the data, I want the questionnaire ). When I click download xls nothing happens. No error message, no download, no reaction, nothing. I tried 3 different browsers, no change. Thanks for advice, Anna
