Cannot download survey, clone project or create template

Hi everyone, since today I’ve been having issue with my account. I cannot download the survey I created, clone the project, or create template. Even the link to account setting doesn’t work anymore. Has anyone faced the same issue? I saw in some discussions on server issue. But I’m not quite sure what the solution is. My server is on collect.nrc.no.
