Hi, the form has been deployed and the kobo collect app also has been downloaded in the android phone. Logging in was okay but when trying to get the blank form to enter data, a message pop up and said, ‘download fails.
A disk error occurred on device while downloading this form.’
How to solve this? Thanks in advance.

As this name length problem was reported several times, a hint in the Help Center documentation might be helpful.
