@phay_sokcheng007, do you get this error message when you try to load the survey project for the first time or while editing the response in the Collect android app?
It happens when I try to edit the saved form in the collect andriod app.
Maybe if this is the case, would you mind validating your xlsform through this online validator to see if there are any issues with it?
