Some respondents submitted my kobo toolbox form but I cannot see the data. Yesterday, It had total 174 submissions but today, it doesn’t increase at all although my friends and I submitted my form.
@TrangTrang, do you mean the data is not updating in the server? Are you the admin of the survey project?
Yes, I am the admin of the survey and the data is not updating in the server

Could you share with us a login link so that we could understand the server you are using? If you are with this link https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info you are in the OCHA server (humanitarian server). Similarly, if you are with this link https://kc.kobotoolbox.org you are in the HHI server (non-humanitarian server).

@TrangTrang, could we wait until tomorrow to see if the data in your server gets updated. If it still does not get updated feel free to reach us back. We shall then start investigating from our side.
