I wondering if there possible we can see who is submitted data via web enketo?

You could ensure this by configuring the following under your projects:

Once you have created your project go to
Layout & Settings.

There, select
device id.

Then press
SAVE. -
Exit the settings.

Deploy/redeploy your project.
Once you have collected your data, go to Table>DATA and under the deviceid check for the source from where the data was submitted. If you see collect be informed that the submission was collected via a Collect android app. Similarly, if it was through ee.humanitarianresponse or ee.kobotoolbox be informed that the submission was collected via Enketo.
