Cannot upload xlsform has record about 90000

Hi there,
I’m working data preparation beneficiary verification, I’m tried to upload data xlsform which have more 90000 record, somehow unsuccessful. is there any idea and advise?

ImportFailed: ValueError: row index was 65636 not allow by .xls format.

Welcome to the community, @sophearom! Did you mean you wanted to upload your xlsform, or did you want to upload your XLS that contains data?

Hi Kal_Lam,
I have about 160, 000 record in choice. but i do some test it is 96870 and we got error.

In cases where you have a lot of choices, you will need to use the external file as outlined in the support article Select One or Many From External File Question Type.
