Can't access drafts saved - Recurring notification message

Our field team saved 10 drafts in their chrome on their phone. They could access the drafts perfectly until later last week. This message keeps popping up when they tried to open the drafts:

When they click “Ok,” it takes them back to the blank form page, creating a loop. If they click the draft icon again, the same message reappears, which is preventing them from accessing the drafts. We saved another draft again to test it. The draft was saved all fine but we still couldn’t access them with the same message popping up.
