Yes. I followed the tutorials and instructions. Even consulted those who are using it. But couldn’t figure out why this is happening

@bharatischolar OK, as another check, would you mind uninstalling the Collect android app that you have on your device and installing a new app again from the play store to see if this should solve your issue? Please let us know what happens.
That was the first thing i did.
Even before posting the problem here i did it again. I have tried it multiple times but problem remains the same. With each reinstalling tried with owner and collector usernames.

OK. So what is the Collect android app that you are using? Is it the KoboCollect android app or is it the ODK Collect android app? Also please let us know the device name and android version you are using? That should also be helpful for us to investigate your issue.

I prepared the datasheet with https://kobotoolbox.org But after login it automatically redirects to kf.kobotoolbox.org
I guess this should not be a problem. Also tried with both server names, still unable to access the server
@bharatischolar, my bad. I finally identified your issue. Try using this URL:
https://kc.kobotoolbox.org
Put your Username and Password under the respective place. By doing so, you should be able to connect your device to the server.
It worked. Thank you so much. Got it. Shifted the projects to kc.kobotoolbox.org
So we can create forms in kobotoolbox but access it with app we should sync it with kc.kobotoolbox.org!! Is it like that
