Someone cannot load my form on the Kobo Toolbox. Some other respondents were not able to open the form. They got the following error.

Welcome to the community, @TrangTrang! Is this a case with only a single user, or is it a case with a majority of the user? Are some users able to access the form?
yep, this happens only with some users. Other still access the form
If this is the case, you will need to request the other users (those having issues accessing the form) to use some modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc. If the same happens even with the modern browsers you will need to request them to update the browsers to it’s latest version.

Another question related to Kobo error. Some users cannot load the link to fill in the form (the internet connection is ok).
Can you explain that case?
What is the error message that you see in such case? Could you also share with the community a screenshot of the same?
there is no message but they cannot load the link while the internet connection is still good enough. Here is a screenshot in these cases
Which browser is this?

Would you mind informing him/her to clear the cache of the browser to see if that helps?
