Hi, please help me. Someone cannot load my form on the Kobo Toolbox. Some other respondents were not able to open the form. They got the following error. [image] Can’t find variable: fetch

If this is the case, you will need to request the other users (those having issues accessing the form) to use some modern browsers like Chrome , Firefox , Edge etc. If the same happens even with the modern browsers you will need to request them to update the browsers to it’s latest version.
