Can't Import XLS

Hi Support Team,

I have tried to import survey from XLSForm, but it doesn’t works as expected. The number of question is 0 it means there is no question in the survey.

Is there any error from my side? Please review my XLSForm.

@arif_1234, maybe you will need to validate it with this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues?
