Can't load a new form in KoBoCollect

I can’t download a new form form to my Androïd smartphone.

The error message is : “La liste a échouée: getXmlDocument failed while accessing https://kf.kobotoolbox/formList with status code: 404.”

I tried to uninstall and reinstall Kobocollect several times on my device, then on another device. I also tried to connect with several accounts (usernames and password). Doesn’t work either!

Anybody has an idea about fixing this bug?

Welcome to the community! Please ensure the followings before you download the Blank Forms to your KoBoCollect android app:

  • Ensure that you have successfully uploaded a survey project and deployed.
  • Ensure that you have configured your KoBoCollect android app which links your device with the KoBoToolbox server (that has the question in it). You could do this as outlined in the support article: Collecting Data with KoBoCollect on Android

Following the reinstallation of KoBoCollect, i’d set the server name as “https://kf.kobotoolbox.org” insteead of https://kc.kobotoolbox.org"

A mistake of mine.

It works again now!
