Cascade in reverse way

Hi All,
I am trying to develop a kobo form for internal staff reporting of MEAL team.
Our team members are:

  1. Rukan - MEAL Officer
  2. Sajjad - MEAL Officer
  3. Kamal - MEAL Officer
  4. Lutfun - Senior MEAL Officer
  5. Mahmud - MEAL Manager
  6. Kamrul Hasan - MEAL Coordinator.

Here, first question is:
Q1. Name of reporting person
Options are (a). Rukan, (b). Sajjad, ©. Kamal, (d). Lutfun Nesa, (e). Mahmud, (f). Kamrul Hasan
Q2. Designation:
Options are: (a). MEAL Officer, (b). Senior MEAL Officer, ©. MEAL Manager, (d). MEAL Coordinator

Now, I want to do this designation with cascade relating to the name. But, the problem is, it is kind of reverse cascade. I can do it creating MEAL Officer with giving three different names and I don’t want to do that. Can I do the cascade using ‘MEAL Officer’ only once. For example, If name a, b, c selected. then MEAL Officer designation should appear. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

You could do it as outlined in the image shared below:

In the survey tab of your xlsform:

In the choices tab of your xlsform:

The issue is with the typo error in your choices sheet:

I changed this, and it fixed the issue:

Thanks a lot Kal_Lam. It worked for me now. I really appreciate it. This is really so embarrassing. Sorry to waste your valuable time.
