Cascade select

Dear All,
I want to use cascade select, but in the “filter_country” column, I want to combine or list more than one filtering digits for country. I want “Other” to appear if any of the countries is selected. I have tried 1-3, 1 and 2 and 3 … and other options but it couldn’t work, Any help? @Kal_Lam and everyone? Refer to the table below
