Cascading 'select many' questions

It’s possible to draft cascading select questions in Kobo Toolbox, where answer choices of question 2 can be based on answer choice of question 1. But if we use cascading, the question type of question 2 is ‘Select one’. Can we use cascading in such a way that question 2 is of ‘Select many’ type?

add choice filter at Q2
