Cascading select questions - How to display a common choice for different options selected in a previous question

Dear friends,

I am working on a cascading select question. Please find attached the XLS form. The problem is that I do not know how to display a common choice for different options selected in the previous question. In my example, I will need to select one out of three diseases first. Then, based on the disease selected, I will select the medicine to treat it. However, there will be one medicine (Medicine 7) that is applicable for all three diseases. A workaround is to duplicate the Medicine 7 three times. But I really want to know another way around this.
