Case management -how to identify or carry enumerator id's

Dear Team,
I am successfully running Case management thru kobo.
But i have a question which i am facing. wud like to know how u guys are managing it ?

I have more than 700+ case id’s now… all unique…
Now when surveyor goes back to the field, he is confused about which one to put to get the required details…

Anyone who’s facing a similar situation and if there is a solution exist?

@vicks88, the community should have better workarounds, but if I were you, I would manage the list of all the ids in a hard copy that matches what is in the database (maybe by printing it from the database by clubbing/segregating as needed). In this way, I would try to make it systematic.
