Certain files are not generating links in the xls format

Dear @Kal_Lam, we are encountering a similar issue where certain files are not generating links in the xls format. Instead, only the text of the file name with the .pdf extension is visible, making them non-downloadable. Could you please suggest an alternative method for us to access these files? Additionally, do you have any insights into the possible reasons behind this issue?

We did install firefox but we do not see an option to save the records as HTML to use the DownThemAll.
