Changing number of repeating (decrease) set of question in loop

i have group of questions within the loop to be repeated based on number of family members, anyway if at any stage had to decrease the number of family members, (eg. from 4 to 3), the loop will be repeated based on the first entry and wont adjust according to modification of number
