Changing the colour of the choices based on the value

Is it possible to color code the risk status in this questionnaire. For example:
Very High: Red
High : Yellow
Intermediate: Blue
Low: Green

I have tried to do this by this formula: ${C2}. I have use d this same formula for blue and green also. But, the problem with this formula is, I can apply only one color at a time for all categories. But, I need to switch the color based on the risk identified. Is it possible? Image and questionnaire are attached. Thanks in advance.
