Choice filter for more than 1 response

Hello KOBO community.
i am having this problem.
i have a list of countries say A, B, C and D fior Q1,
Q2 is extension practices 33 options
each country has its own approaches and so they are cascaded. option 33 in Q2 is others which i want to appear for every country. kindly help

@oscarkb, is Q1 a select_one or a select_multiple question type in your case?
