Choices based on previous choices

Hello everyone, I would like your support with an issue.

For question Q1, I ask about countries (country 1, country 2, country 3, and country 4). For question 2, I want to combine all different options specific to each country. If country 1 is selected, its options will appear for question 2.

I should mention that the types of questions are select_one.
